ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Islamic ethics

Islamic ethics is a set of rules and principles about how Muslims should behave in their lives - both when they are by themselves and when interacting with other people. Muslims believe that Islam should be the guiding force of their lives, and that living ethically brings them closer to their faith. Some examples of Islamic ethics include kindness, fairness, honesty, respect for authority figures, and looking after the environment. Islamic ethics also encourage Muslims to help those in need and treat all people with respect, no matter what their background.
