ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Islamic metaphysics

Islamic metaphysics is like a big puzzle that helps us understand how things work in the world around us. Just like how you can put together a puzzle, Islamic metaphysics helps us put together all the different pieces of knowledge and ideas about the world and see how they fit together.

One of the big ideas in Islamic metaphysics is that everything in the world comes from Allah, the creator of everything. Allah made the world and everything in it, and everything in the world is part of Allah's creation.

Another important idea is that everything in the world has a purpose. For example, Allah created the sun to give light and warmth to the world during the day and the moon to give light at night. This means that everything in the world has a reason for being here, even if we don't always understand what that reason is.

Islamic metaphysics also talks about how things interact with each other. For example, how the sun and the moon interact with the earth to create day and night, or how different animals interact with each other in their ecosystems.

One final thing that Islamic metaphysics talks about is the relationship between humans and Allah. It teaches us that it is our duty to take care of the world that Allah has created and to use the knowledge and understanding we gain from studying the world around us to help others and make the world a better place.
