Isoflavones

Okay kiddo, so isoflavones are tiny little things that are found in plants, like soybeans. They can act kind of like a helper for our bodies, by attaching themselves to certain chemicals and helping our bodies do important things. Some people think that isoflavones might be part of why eating soybeans and other soy products can be healthy for us. But just like with any other food or chemical, we have to be careful and not have too much of it, because too much of anything isn't good for us. Does that help?
