Isotopes of uranium

Isotopes of uranium are different forms of the same element. Uranium is a special element because it has many different forms, or isotopes. Each isotope has a different number of neutrons in its nucleus, which gives it different properties. Some isotopes of uranium can be used to produce energy and light through nuclear reactions, while others cannot. Some isotopes are even radioactive, meaning they can give off radiation while they decay over time.
