Issue tracking system

An issue tracking system is kind of like a to-do list for a project. Someone can make a list of tasks or problems that need to be fixed, and then other people can work together to find solutions. The list keeps track of what needs to be done, who is responsible for it, and when it needs to be finished. It makes it easier for a group to work together on a project and to know what still needs to be done.
