Iterated function

An iterated function is like a recipe that is repeated over and over again. It's like if you asked your mom for a recipe to make a cake and then you followed that recipe and made the cake, then asked your mom for the same recipe again, and followed it again, and made the cake again. The recipe would be the iterated function, and each time you followed it and made the cake, that would be one iteration of the function.
