Jesus walking on water

Jesus was someone who lived a long, long time ago and many people believe he was very special because he was the son of God. One time, Jesus was out on a boat with his friends and they were trying to get to the other side of a big lake, but the water was very rough and choppy. Suddenly, they saw someone walking on the water towards them and they were very scared because nobody can walk on water.

But it was Jesus who was walking on the water, and when his friends saw it was him, they were amazed and relieved. Jesus told them not to be afraid and to have faith in God, and he even invited one of his friends, named Peter, to come and walk on the water with him.

Peter was excited but also scared, so he started to walk towards Jesus on the water, but he got scared and started to sink. Jesus stretched out his hand and pulled Peter back up, and they both walked back to the boat together.

This story shows that Jesus had a special power that came from God, and he was able to do things that were impossible for other people. It also shows that if we have faith and trust in God, we can do things that might seem scary or impossible to us.
