Jet damping

Jet damping is a process in which air jets are used to reduce the vibrations and sound caused by things like engines, machines, and even wind hitting buildings. To do this, air jets are squirted at the source of the vibrations and noise, causing the air flow to move around the object. The air jets help to cancel out the vibrations, so the sound and movement is reduced.
