Joint Ministerial Committee

So, a joint ministerial committee is like a big meeting where important people from different countries get together and talk about important stuff. Like grownups having a playdate!

Imagine you and your friends want to plan a big party, but some of your friends live far away in another city. So, you all decide to have a big video call to talk about what you need to do to plan the party, and everybody gets to share their ideas. That's kind of like what a joint ministerial committee is!

Only instead of a party, the important people might be talking about things like trade between their countries, or how to work together on important issues like the environment or security.

There might be different groups of these important people from different countries who meet together, maybe they talk about certain topics like trade, or education, or health, or the environment. And they're all ministers from their countries, kind of like the governors or mayors who are in charge of important things.

And they don't just meet once--sometimes they have regular meetings to keep talking about how they can work together to make things better for everyone.
