Judge–advisor system

The judge-advisor system is like having two people work together to help decide how to solve a problem. The judge makes the final decision about what needs to be done, but the advisor gives helpful suggestions and advice to help the judge make the right decision. The judge listens to the advisor's ideas and then makes a decision based on what they have heard. The advisor can also provide information and knowledge that the judge may not have. This way, both people can come to the best conclusion together.
