Judicial panel

A judicial panel is like a grown-up group that decides if someone did something wrong or not. Imagine you and your friends are playing together, and one of your friends does something that makes you upset. You might talk to your other friends and try to figure out what really happened. A judicial panel is like your group of friends, but for grown-up things. It's a group of people who listen carefully to what happened and make a decision about who did something wrong. They might be judges or other important people who know a lot about the law and how to make fair decisions. The judicial panel tries to make sure that everyone follows the rules and that things are fair and equal.
