Judiciary of Azerbaijan

The government of Azerbaijan has three different branches: the executive (people who make decisions and enforce laws), legislative (people who make laws), and judicial (people who interpret and apply laws).

The judicial branch is responsible for making sure that laws are being followed and that disputes are being solved fairly. They are like the referees in a game of sports, but instead of making sure the rules of the game are being followed, they make sure that the laws of the country are being followed.

Judges are people who have studied the law and have been chosen to work in the judicial branch. They listen to both sides of a disagreement or dispute, then make a decision or a ruling based on what they believe is fair and just.

In Azerbaijan, the highest court is called the Constitutional Court. It is responsible for making sure that the country's constitution (the set of laws that govern the country) is upheld. There are also other courts in Azerbaijan that handle different types of disputes or issues, such as civil or criminal cases.

Overall, the judiciary of Azerbaijan is important because it helps to keep the country running smoothly and fairly. It ensures that people are held accountable for their actions and that disputes are resolved in a fair and just manner.
