Judiciary of India

Okay kiddo, so in India, we have three branches of government. One of them is called the Judiciary.

The Judiciary is like a group of wise people who are in charge of making sure that everyone follows the rules and laws of the country. They are important because they help keep everyone safe and happy by making sure that bad people get punished and good people get treated fairly.

The Judiciary is made up of different types of judges. These judges wear special clothes and work in special buildings called courts. They listen to people who have problems or disputes, and then they make decisions about what they think is fair and what the rules say should happen.

Sometimes, people can't agree on what should happen, so they go to the Judiciary for help. The Judiciary listens to them and makes a decision about what should happen next. If someone doesn't like the decision, they can go to another higher court and ask for the case to be heard again. The higher court will then listen again and make its own decision.

Overall, the Judiciary in India is important because it helps keep everyone safe and happy by making sure that people follow the rules and laws of the country.
