ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Judo

Judo is a sport where you wear special clothes called gi and you try to throw and pin down your opponent. You play on a mat called tatami and you try to use your opponent's strength against them.

You start by bowing to your opponent and then you try to grab their gi and throw them on the ground. You can also try to make them lose their balance by pushing or pulling them.

If you manage to throw your opponent on their back, you get points. If you manage to pin them down for a certain amount of time, you win the game.

Judo teaches you how to control your body and how to use your opponent's movements to your advantage. It's a fun and safe way to practice martial arts and make new friends.
