ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Jujutsu

Jujutsu is like magic tricks except you don't have to use any special implements like wands or hats. Instead you use your body and special techniques to surprise and take down your opponent. It's like playing a game of tag, but instead of tagging with your hand, you use your whole body to move your opponent to the ground.

It all starts with learning how to stand and move properly, kind of like dancing. Then you learn how to use your arms and legs in certain ways to twist and turn your opponent's body around. You might also learn how to use simple things like someone's jacket or shirt to pull them in a certain direction or make them lose their balance.

It takes a lot of practice and patience to get good at jujutsu, but once you get the hang of it, it's a really cool way to stay fit and protect yourself. Plus, you get to feel like a ninja or samurai while you're doing it!
