Jungian Type Index

Jungian Type Index (or JTI) is a tool used to measure someone's personality by looking at how they think and behave. It was developed by the Swiss psychologist Carl Jung. The Index is based on four basic personality traits: Extraversion, Introversion, Thinking and Feeling. Each trait is measured on a scale from 0 to 8 and you get a score for each one. These scores can indicate what kind of person you are and how you might act in different situations. For example, someone with a high score in Extraversion is likely to be outgoing and social, while someone with a high score in Introversion might be more shy and reserved. By combining the scores from the four traits, the JTI can help people understand themselves better, and point out areas they may want to work on.
