Just culture is just like a game that we play at school called "fair play." In fair play, everyone gets treated nicely and we try to understand each other's feelings. Just culture is the same thing, but at work. When we work, we should always be treated fairly and kindly. If someone makes a mistake, we shouldn't be angry or mean to them, we should try to understand why they made the mistake and help them so that they don't make the same mistake again in the future.
Just culture means that everyone can feel safe and not be afraid to tell their boss if something goes wrong. This way, everybody can learn from our mistakes and learn new ways to get things done better. It's important to remember that even if someone makes a mistake, they shouldn't be blamed or punished if they did their best to do the right thing. We should all try to help each other work together and create a happy and safe workplace.
