Kabbalah is an ancient form of Jewish spiritual wisdom that focuses on understanding the mysteries of the universe. It teaches that a person can understand how the universe works by looking deeply into the hidden meanings of the Bible and other ancient texts. Kabbalah teaches that by understanding how the universe works, a person can grow spiritually and become closer to God. Kabbalah also teaches that we can use this knowledge to heal ourselves and the world.
