Kabukimono

Kabukimono is a word used to describe a group of people who used to live in Japan a long time ago, back in the 16th century. These people were known for dressing in really fancy and wild clothes, with exaggerated styles and bright colors. They also had really big and fancy hairstyles that sometimes had decorations in their hair like feathers or flowers.

These people were often seen as troublemakers because they didn't like following rules and liked to do things their own way. Some kabukimono would even carry big swords around with them, which made some people really scared of them.

But they weren't all bad! Some kabukimono were actually really talented artists and actors, and they were famous for performing in a type of theater called Kabuki. This is where they would put on plays and perform dances for people to watch.

So, kabukimono were a group of people in old Japan who liked to dress really fancy, didn't follow many rules, and were sometimes scary because they carried around big swords. They were also really good at performing in Kabuki theater!
