Kadaster

Kadaster is a Dutch word that means office of land registration. In the Netherlands, the Kadaster is responsible for keeping track of who owns what land and who has rights to use it. They register the rights of everyone who buys, sells, or owns land, so everyone knows who is responsible for what.
