The Kampala Review Conference is a special meeting held at different times to talk about a global agreement called the African Union Convention on the Prevention and Combating of Terrorism. This agreement is meant to help African countries work together to keep people safe and stop terrorism. At the Kampala Review Conference, different African countries come together to talk about how they can be better at preventing and stopping terrorism. They share ideas and information and figure out ways to work together to make sure everyone is safe.
