The Kardashian Index is a measure of how many Twitter followers someone has compared to how many people are talking about them on Wikipedia. It was named after the Kardashians who are a famous family in the United States because they have a lot of followers on social media but not a lot of people talking about them on Wikipedia. To get your Kardashian Index you take the number of followers you have on Twitter and divide it by the number of people who have edited your Wikipedia page in the past year. A high number means you have lots of followers compared to how people are talking about you on Wikipedia, and a low number means people are talking about you on Wikipedia a lot compared to how many followers you have on Twitter.
