Karen Mossberger is a very smart lady who studies how technology affects cities and the people who live in them. She helps cities figure out how to use technology to make things better and easier for everyone. She talks to lots of people and looks at lots of information to figure out what kind of technology would be best for each city. She writes and talks about what she learns so that other people can learn too. It's like she's a teacher for cities and technology!
