Kerista

Kerista was a cult started in the 1970's by a man named John Peltz "Bro Jud" Presley that believed in having multiple partners at once. All of the members lived together and practiced sharing their possessions, love, and beliefs. The group would often teach each other different lessons and exchange ideas on how to be better people. Everyone in the group had a unique name and was encouraged to help one another. Kerista ended in 1991 but some of its teachings are still practiced today.
