Kidnapping of children by Nazi Germany
Okay kiddo, so during a really long time ago, there was a bad group of people called the Nazis in Germany. These people believed that some other groups of people were less important and they wanted to hurt them.
One of the things they did was to take children away from their families if they were Jewish, Roma or people who didn't agree with them. This is called kidnapping. They did this because they thought that these children should be raised their way.
These kids were taken to places far from their homes and sometimes they were put in special schools or camps where they were treated very badly. Many of them never saw their families again.
It was a very bad thing for these kids to be taken away from their families and it is something we should never do again. We should always remember the importance of respecting all people, no matter what they look like or where they come from.
