Kkultarae

KKultarae is a yummy Korean dessert that's made by stretching and pulling honeycomb to make thin, crispy strands. It's usually served at special events and celebrations like weddings and birthdays. Imagine you're playing with a piece of gum or silly putty, and you stretch it so thin that you can almost see through it. That's kind of what making KKultarae is like, except instead of gum or putty, we use heated sugar syrup to make the strands. Once we've stretched it out just right, we fold it into pretty shapes and drizzle a little more honey on top. It's sweet, crunchy, and oh so delicious!
