Kokedama

Kokedama is a Japanese style of gardening where a plant ball is created using special soil and moss instead of a pot. It looks like the plant is growing out of a ball!

To make a kokedama, first, a special soil mixture is made using things like clay and bonsai soil. Then, the roots of the plant are cleaned and trimmed to make a nice round shape. The plant is then wrapped in moss, which holds the soil ball together and makes it look pretty.

The kokedama ball can be hung from a string, placed in a decorative dish, or just set on a table or shelf. It's like having a little garden friend that you can cuddle and play with!

Since there's no pot involved, it's important to water the kokedama carefully. One way to do this is by soaking the whole ball in a bowl of water for a few minutes, then letting it drain before putting it back in its spot. It's also important to keep the kokedama in a spot with the right amount of light for the plant that's inside.

Overall, kokedama is a fun and creative way to add a little bit of nature to your home!
