Kugelblitz (astrophysics)

Kugelblitz is a physics phenomenon that happens in outer space. It is caused by a really big and bright cloud of gas and dust that is heated up so much it can create a super bright ball of light! This ball is so bright it can even create a black hole- which is a place in space where gravity is so strong that nothing, not even light, can escape it. When this happens, all the energy that was stored in the gas cloud is released in the form of a huge blast, which is called a kugelblitz.
