ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Kurash

Kurash is a sport that is played with two people who wear special clothing called kurtkas and trousers. The aim of the game is to throw the other person on their back or make them touch the ground with their knee or elbow (depending on the rules of the competition). It is kind of like wrestling, but the players can use their clothes to grab onto each other and make moves.

The match starts when the referee blows a whistle and the players try to grab each other's clothes and throw their opponent onto the ground. If someone's back touches the ground, or their knee or elbow touches the ground, then the match is over and the person who didn't touch the ground wins.

Players can also score points by making moves that show their strength and agility, like lifting their opponent off the ground for a few seconds or making them spin around in the air. The person with the most points at the end of the match wins.

Kurash is a fun and exciting sport that requires a lot of strength, skill, and strategy to win. It's a great way to exercise and compete with others, while using your body and mind to outsmart your opponent.
