Kyabakura Union

Okay kiddo, Kyabakura Union is a group of workers who work in special Japanese bars called kyabakura bars. In these bars, the workers, mostly women, dress up in cute costumes and serve drinks to men who come to the bar. These workers are called kyabajos.

Now, the Kyabakura Union was created to help kyabajos get fair treatment and better working conditions. They talk to bar owners and negotiate for better pay, fair work hours, and other benefits for kyabajos.

Just like how you have a teacher's union that helps teachers, the Kyabakura Union helps kyabajos. They make sure the workers are treated fairly and that they have a safe and happy work environment.

Does that make sense, kiddo?
