Kyrgyz cuisine is the food that people in Kyrgyzstan like to eat. It is influenced by the geography, culture, and history of the Kyrgyz people.

The most popular food in Kyrgyzstan is meat. Beef, lamb, and mutton are the most commonly eaten types of meat. They are cooked in different ways, such as being boiled, fried, or roasted. One of the most famous meat dishes is called Beshbarmak, which is made of boiled meat (usually lamb or beef) and served with thick noodles and onions.

Another popular food in Kyrgyzstan is bread. They like to eat flatbread called lepyoshka, which is cooked in a clay oven. People eat it with almost every meal. They also eat a porridge called kasha, which is made from grains like wheat or millet, and flavored with butter, salt, and sometimes cheese.
