LGBT stereotypes

LGBT stands for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender. Stereotypes are false beliefs that many people have about group of people. When it comes to LGBT people, some people have stereotypes that they think are true, but they're usually wrong. For example, some people believe that all LGBT people are "promiscuous" or that they all have certain interests, like fashion or singing, but most LGBT people don't fit those stereotypes. The best way to help stop LGBT stereotypes is to talk to LGBT people to get to know them better and find out what their interests are.
