Land reform

Land reform is when a government changes laws or makes new laws to help people who don't own land or who own very little land. It usually involves a government giving land to people who don't have it, or let them buy it at a low price, or help them rent it.

An example of land reform is when a government gives or sells land to people who don't have much money. This way they can farm their land, or build homes on it. It helps people who don't have much.
