Laser scalpel

Alright kiddo, you know how when you get a boo-boo and Mommy and Daddy put a band-aid on it to make it feel better? Well, sometimes doctors need to help fix bigger boo-boos inside our bodies, like when we need surgery.

A laser scalpel is a special kind of tool that helps doctors do surgery in a really cool way. It uses a beam of light called a laser to cut through our skin and other body parts without making a big, ouchie, bloody mess like a regular knife might.

The laser beam is very powerful and precise, like a superhero power! It can cut through things like a hot knife through butter, but it can also make sure to only cut the things that the doctor wants it to. That way, we can fix the boo-boos without hurting anything else that's important inside our bodies.

So, when a doctor uses a laser scalpel, they can carefully make the cuts they need to help us feel better, and we don't have to be scared of a lot of pain or blood. Plus, it's super cool to think that there's a beam of light helping fix our insides!
