Law of total cumulance

The law of total cumulance states that the total of a group of things will stay the same, no matter how you break it down into smaller groups. This is like when you have a pile of 12 rocks and you sort them into two piles of 6 rocks each. Even though you took the 12 rocks and divided them, you still have 12 rocks in total. The law of total cumulance states that the total will always remain the same, no matter how you divide it up.
