Lay preacher

Okay, so you know how sometimes people go to a special place called church to pray to God and listen to someone talk about God's words? Well, sometimes the person who talks about God's words is called a preacher.

Now, there are some people who maybe haven't studied to become full-time preachers, but they still love God and want to share His message with others. These people are called "lay preachers." They're kind of like regular people who have another job or hobby, but they also like to give talks at church sometimes to help people understand God's messages better.

So basically, a lay preacher is someone who isn't officially trained to be a preacher but still shares God's message at church because they want to help others.
