Layer 8

Layer 8 is not a real layer in a computer system. Instead, it is a term used to refer to people who use computers. Almost all computer systems have 7 different layers of working parts. Layer 8 is the top layer, and is the people who use the computer system to do tasks. Without Layer 8, computers are just machines and cannot do anything useful.
