Le Paradis massacre
So, there was a very bad thing that happened a long time ago in a place called "Le Paradis". It was during a big war where some countries were fighting against each other.
In Le Paradis, there were some soldiers who were from a country called England, and they were captured by soldiers from another country called Germany. When soldiers get captured, it means they can't fight anymore and they're in a lot of trouble.
But, the soldiers from Germany did a very, very bad thing. They took the soldiers from England and made them walk for a long time without any food or water. They were very scared and very tired.
And then, when they finally got to some buildings in Le Paradis, something terrible happened. The soldiers from Germany started shooting the soldiers from England. And not just a little bit, they shot them a lot, even when they were already hurt or on the ground. It was very, very bad and very mean.
Some of the soldiers from England were able to hide, but most of them got hurt or died. It was a very sad day for Le Paradis and for all the people who knew about it.
In the end, the soldiers from Germany who did it were punished, because their bosses said it was very, very wrong. But it was still a very bad thing that should never have happened.
