Lead management

Lead management is like playing with a toy box full of different toys. Just like how you have different toys to play with, businesses have different ways to find new customers who might be interested in buying their products or services. These potential customers are called leads.

Now, imagine someone comes along and gives you a big bag of marbles. You might not want to play with all of them - some might be too big or small, or maybe some of them are a color you don't like. Similarly, businesses might get a lot of leads, but not all of them are a good fit for what they offer. Lead management is when businesses carefully go through their list of leads and pick out the best ones for them to focus on. It's like sorting through the marbles to find the one that's just the right size and color for you to play with.

Once businesses have identified their best leads, they need to keep track of them, almost like keeping track of their toys. Just like how you might keep your favorite toy in a special place where you can easily find it, businesses need to keep their best leads organized and easily accessible so they can follow up with them later. This way, they can make sure they are giving those leads the attention they need to turn them into happy customers.

So, in summary, lead management is when businesses carefully sort through all of their potential customers (leads) to find the best ones to focus on, and then keep track of those leads so they can turn them into happy customers.
