ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Leaderless resistance

Leaderless resistance is a way for individuals or small groups of people to work together to fight against something that they feel is wrong. It means that people work together but without a leader or a hierarchy. They each pick their own tasks and work towards a common goal. This form of resistance can be used to fight against political leaders, corporations, or oppressive government systems. It can also be used to stand up for something you believe in and make a difference.
