Licence to kill (concept)

So imagine you are playing a game with your friends, where you have to catch the bad guys and put them in jail. But sometimes, the bad guys can be very dangerous and might even try to hurt you or your friends. So, what if there was someone who could catch the bad guys but had permission to use special powers to protect themselves? This permission is called a "License to Kill".

Now, let's say that someone who has a license to kill is like a superhero who is trained to catch the bad guys, but when they need to protect themselves or others, they can use a special power called "lethal force." This means they can use a gun or other weapon to stop the bad guys from hurting anyone.

But, having a license to kill comes with a lot of responsibility. The people who have this license need to be very careful and use their powers only when it is absolutely necessary. They also have to follow very strict rules and guidelines so that they don't hurt innocent people, accidentally.

So, basically, having a License to Kill means that you are given permission to use special powers to protect people and catch bad guys, but you need to be very responsible and use those powers very carefully.
