Lid (container)

A lid is like a hat for a container. Just like we wear hats to keep our heads safe and warm, lids keep things safe and clean while inside a container. Lids come in all different shapes and sizes, just like hats. Some lids snap on very tightly, while others may just sit on top of a container without snapping in place. Lids can be made of different materials like plastic, metal or even glass. Without a lid, things inside the container might spill out, get dirty or become contaminated. So basically, lids are like superheroes that protect and keep things safe inside a container.
