Limited availability

Limited availability means that there is only a small amount of something available. Imagine you are at a birthday party and there is only one cake. If there are a lot of people at the party, only a few of them will be able to have a piece of cake because there is a limited amount.

This can happen with other things too, like toys, candy, or tickets to a show. If there aren't enough of something to go around, only a few people can have it. So, when something has limited availability, it means that not everyone can have it because there isn't enough to go around.
