Lion and Unicorn Staircase

Okay so imagine you are walking up a staircase, but instead of just regular stairs, the steps are shaped like lions and unicorns. Cool, right?

The lion and unicorn staircase is a type of staircase that has these animal figures as support for its steps. The staircase is usually found in old castles or monuments from the medieval era.

The steps are made of stone and each step has either a lion or a unicorn carved into it. The body of the animal supports the step above it, which is why it's called a "supporting animal staircase".

When you walk up the staircase, it feels like you're stepping on the back of a lion or unicorn. And when you look up, you can see the intricate details of the animal figure that's supporting you.

Even though it's called a lion and unicorn staircase, sometimes they are mixed with other animals like dragons or griffins as well.

So imagine walking up a staircase where you get to pet a lion or a unicorn every time you take a step. That's how awesome it is!
