Local Void

Okay kiddo, so when we talk about something being "void" it means that there's nothing there. And when we talk about something being "local" it means that it's only in one specific place or area.

So when we put those two words together, "local void" means that there's an empty or blank space in one specific area.

For example, let's say we have a big room with lots of toys scattered around. If we pick up a toy and move it to another part of the room, that area where the toy used to be is now a "local void" - there's nothing there anymore.
