Lodrö Chökyong

Hey kiddo! So, Lodrö Chökyong is actually a very special Tibetan Buddhist concept. It is made up of two different words- 'Lodrö' and 'Chökyong'.

'Lodrö' means 'wisdom' and 'Chökyong' means 'skillful means' or 'method'. When we put these two words together, Lodrö Chökyong means 'the wise and skillful way of benefiting others.'

Imagine you are playing with your friends and someone is feeling sad. You can use your Lodrö Chökyong by being kind and comforting them. It means helping others in a smart and compassionate way.

In Buddhism, it is believed that practicing Lodrö Chökyong can help us reach enlightenment, which is a state of complete happiness and wisdom.

So, whenever you are kind to others and try to help them in a clever way, you are practicing Lodrö Chökyong!
