Lokma

Lokma is a type of food that looks like a small, round, fluffy ball. It is a delicious dessert that is enjoyed in many countries around the world. It is made by mixing flour, yeast, sugar, and water together, and then frying the mixture in oil until it becomes golden brown.

To make lokma, the grown-up cooks mix together the flour, yeast, sugar, and water to make a soft dough. They let it sit for a while until it rises and becomes fluffy like a cloud. Then they scoop the dough into small balls and drop them into hot oil to cook. As they cook, they puff up like little balloons until they become golden and crispy on the outside.

Once the lokma balls are finished cooking, the grown-ups roll them in a sweet syrup made from sugar, water, and a flavorful ingredient like honey or cinnamon. This makes them extra delicious and sticky, so you have to be careful not to get too messy when you eat them.

Lokma is usually enjoyed as a dessert, but you can also eat it as a snack or even for breakfast. It is a tasty treat that kids and grown-ups both love, and it's a fun food to make together as a family.
