London to Brighton events
Okay kiddo, sometimes people in London like to ride their bikes all the way to a place called Brighton. It's a pretty long ride, so they usually do it as part of an event with lots of other people. They call it the London to Brighton bike ride.
The event starts early in the morning, and everyone meets up in a big park in London. There are lots of tents set up with food and drinks, and people can sign in and get their bib numbers.
Once everyone is ready, they jump on their bikes and start riding. It's a long way, so they have to go through lots of towns and up some hills. But it's really fun because they get to see lots of cool things along the way, like the seaside and lots of countryside.
Finally, after lots and lots of pedaling, they get to Brighton. There's a big finish line set up, and everyone gets a medal for finishing. Then they can hang out in Brighton for a while and maybe even go to the beach.
