Look-and-say sequence

The look-and-say sequence is like playing a game where you have to say what you see. It starts with a number, like 1. Then you look at the number and say what you see. In this case, you see one 1. So the next number in the sequence is 11.

Then you look at that number and say what you see. You see two 1's. So the next number in the sequence is 21.

Then you look at that number and say what you see. You see one 2 and one 1. So the next number in the sequence is 1211.

And you keep going like this, always looking at the previous number in the sequence and saying what you see.

It might sound a bit confusing at first, but it's actually kind of fun once you get the hang of it!
