Lost minor planet

A lost minor planet is a kind of space rock that used to be known to scientists and space explorers, but that is now "lost" because it can't be seen with telescopes anymore. It's like when you lose something in your house and can't find it. Scientists think that some of these lost minor planets might have been very close to Earth and got knocked away by the gravitational pull of the planets, like a big tug-of-war.
